Ordering from Kuruvy

Accounts
You can order as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
Packs and prices
Each pack lists what is inside. Prices are in Singapore dollars and include everything in the pack. If an item runs out, we will replace it with an equivalent of the same or higher value, or contact you before packing. Photos are for illustration; brands and sizes are as listed in the pack contents.
Payment
Pay by PayNow using the QR code shown after you place the order, then upload the payment screenshot so we can match it. PayNow is the only payment method; we pack and deliver once payment is confirmed. An unpaid PayNow order is cancelled automatically after 72 hours.
Delivery
We deliver to any address in Singapore. After you order, we contact you on WhatsApp to agree a delivery day and time, usually within a day or two. If no one is available at the address, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery, which may carry a fee. Dormitory collection, where offered, happens at the spot and time shown on your order.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until it has been packed; message us on WhatsApp with your order code. Once a pack is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled. If anything arrives damaged or missing, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Refunds for PayNow orders go back to the account that paid, within 7 working days.
Gift notes and recipients
Gift notes are printed as you type them. Please keep them respectful; we may decline to print a note that is abusive or unlawful. When you send a pack to someone else, you confirm you have their permission to give us their name, address and phone number.
Products and travel
Balms, oils and medicated products are sold for personal use; follow the instructions on the packaging. Some items are over 100 ml, so if you are flying, carry the pack in checked baggage. Import rules of the destination country are your responsibility.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. We may update them; the date at the top shows the current version.
